Titled “ficus religiosa leaves falling”, the new piece depicts exactly that, delicate ficus leaves falling in between small pink cherry blossoms. Doa refers to her piece as follows:

As mentioned in earlier occasions Doa’s Reforestation project is according to the artist “the transformation of public space through an intervention in the based reality of perspective observation, supported by the sole ambition of rebirth, and the rebirthing consciousness surrounding it.”The project has also been motivated by what the artist describes as “an urgent need to equally respect and value the natural environment, the importance of awareness of everything that is part of it, including native species and its residents.” In this way the mural interventions work as reminders of the true nature and meaning of what surrounds us.
