Belgian artist and illustrator Bisser was recently in Fortaleza, Brazil invited to take part of this year’s Festival Concreto for which he painted this terribly cute mural featuring a rather happy and sweet sea creature embracing a baby tower, painted in a style easy to recognize that also owns a distinctive charm.
