Chazme and Sepe, known not only for their own unique style but also for their wonderful collaborations, were until recently in Estonia where they were invited to take part of the Stencibility Street Art Festival celebrated in the city of Tartu.
Titled “Supilinn 15”, the new mural is a tribute to Jerzy Hryniewiecki and Bogusław Linke, respectively architect and painter born in Tartu, and might be inspired in a painting by Linke called “Autobus” (1959-1961) a rather pessimistic view of the state of society and national vices. However the passivity in Supilinn 15‘s characters is striking.
