Cuellimangui, a Spanish-born artist currently living in Chile, teamed up with Pedro Uilli teamed up to work on this new mural in Valparaiso.
Located on Calle Serrano and next to one of Valparaíso’s charming passenger elevators in Cerro Cordillera, the new mural depicts the Chilean Andes in a nice mix of styles and imagery.
